 I found a post at their forum which Jennifer B started and a recent post was deleted shortly after  it was posted but so far her post has remained up on the forum. Below you will find the post from Jennifer B.

Dear Slide.com And SPP Admin
 
I am a very loyal player of SuperPoke Pets, I am on here every morning playing until I get pets finished. I know there are several more players like me out there. But I have recently become rather  frustrated with you, and with the app.
 
ALL of my complaints to Slide, and to SPP admin have gone either unanswered, or pushed on to someone else. 
 
1) Coins:
Coins have gone missing from many players, when SPP admin is contacted, we are told by Elin, Mike, or Leslie to contact feedback@slide.com

When  Feedback is contacted about anything, if we got a response back at all, it is a completely generic copy and paste answer, which usually has nothing to do with the questions asked.
 
2) Compliments:
While a good idea in theory, a few people have gone and made crude comments through the system. AGAIN SPP admin, and Slide.com refuse to take care of the issue, and their response is “  We refuse to deal with user disputes” In some cases there was no user dispute, just someone who was crude making a completely inappropriate comment.
 
3) SPP Crash Issues:
There have been SEVERAL Server issues and crashes through SPP lately, while eventually resolved, it is very aggravating, especially, when you have a release of items on that day. A  few weeks in a row there has been some sort of issue with the coin release. Slide makes enough money to buy better servers for their players.
 
4) Search Feature:
Many people have requested a search feature be added to the friends list, because many browsers crash when people are trying to do play dates, then the user has to slowly make their  way back to the page they were on.

I myself has asked about this feature, and was told it was being worked on and would be implemented soon. This was a month and a half ago, at the very least.
 
5) Support:
Support is severely lacking. If you ask one of the admin to help they say they can not help and refer you to contact feedback@slide.com When feedback  is contacted, nothing is done, and the issues are not resolved. Players deserve a proper response, and help when it is needed. Some of the admin don’t even believe some of the players when the player contacts admin for help.
 
6) Counterfeit Items:
There is a lot of this going around. Of both Gold Items, and Highly valued Coin Items. People are unaware of this when they are trading, and all you do is remove the item from the  person who received the item, and tell them it was a fake. The least you could do would be to replace the item with the same item that you removed or offer them something different in return. 

Slide obviously has holes in the system, that need to be repaired. 
 
7) There are SO many glitches in the system, things being removed, things disappearing, coins being taken, its not right, Slide and SPP techs need to work on getting those errors fixed.
 
Gold Items:
Gold Items have become ridiculously priced $5 for a bobble head, that all it does  is the head bobble. 

Once the items sell out, as the often do, you restock the shop at a much higher price. All because of high demand, and because “we want to try to discourage people who have already purchased from buying again”

Its not fair for those people who can not or will not wake up at 12am Pacific Time (or stay awake) just to get the gold items.

Yes, we see you are a business, and are trying to make more money, but by  only stocking 100 or 200 of something, so you can raise the price later that day two or three times, it is insane, and well in a sense greedy.

If Slide/SPP were to lower the Prices for Gold Items, More than  likely, there will be more gold buyers, thereby more money made.
 
Slide SPP seems to be becoming too big for its britches. And seems more and more to be more after the money than anything. Ignoring requests from Coin users. And forgetting that there are hard times going  on right now, not everyone can afford to buy gold, and not everyone will with the outrageous prices.
 
Friendly suggestion, if Slide were to show more respect to users/players, they would probably have more players, and more gold buyers. 
 
SPP is losing many players every day because of the fraud, the scammers, the people who want blood for trades, and the horrible support through Slide and SPP Admin.
 
My hopes are that this gets the attention of Slide and SPP Admin. The more people who bring this to their attention, hopefully the better chances are of something being done.
 
I am asking that anyone who agrees with me and anyone who has anymore to add please add your name, and add any more suggestions to this.
