Last night was a special night for a local family as they have proof Santa Claus is real.
It seems Mrs. Claus was with Santa last night and took a picture of
Santa standing next to their Christmas Tree and then uploaded that
picture on their computer to give them a great surprise when they woke
up on Christmas to open up their presents.
The picture also had some writing which says " Thank you for believing in me." And it also shows Santa looking at the milk and cookies they left on the counter which must be why Santa asked "Are those for me." I guess Santa wanted a snack since he ate 3 whole cookies and only half a cookie was left on the counter.
"When we woke up Christmas morning and went into the living room we saw what Santa had done and it brought so much happiness to me and my family, especially our daughter and the look on her face was the best present I could have ever received this Christmas... It was priceless!"
"This could not have come at a better time in our daughters life said the father."
"For what ever reason most children stop believing in Santa Clause by the time they are 8 or 9 years old and our daughter was saying things that made us believe she was at that point of non-believing but now our daughter has proof that Santa does exist."
We all know the story of Santa and his Elves and how they visit all the homes in the world to deliver presents for all the children which is a time of the year that brings happiness to everyone who celebrates Christmas.
Santa has brought happiness to millions of people over the years and will continue to do so until the end of time and believing in Santa Claus is something we have in our hearts and will always have that special place in our lives.
Some people stop believing for what ever reason. Maybe its pressure from their friends telling them Santa does not exist and only a spirit and in order to fit in they go along with the crown and say they do not believe in Santa anymore. Maybe its supposed to be that way as we grow up and get older and its in our nature to stop believing at some point in our lives but I say there is nothing wrong with believing in Santa and continue to believe as it makes us feel really good to have something to believe in.
Christmas is a special time of the year as its the birth of Christ. We may celebrate Christmas as the exchange of gifts and not to celebrate the birth of Christ which may be wrong in many peoples eyes but knowing the children are very happy during Christmas sort of makes it ok since Happiness is what God would want his children to be and Christmas brings happiness to billions of people each year.
In closing I would like to say it's OK to believe in Santa no matter how old you are and it's also OK to stop believing in Santa but remember, you may wake up one Christmas morning and no longer find that special present under the Christmas Tree is you stop believing.
